The NLibraryMoveTool class represents a mouse tool, which is used to translate selected nodes inside drawing views or drag and drop them in another view

Remarks

The NLibraryMoveTool can operate in three modes:

In this mode the move tool will only move selected document nodes
In this mode the move tool will only drag and drop selected document nodes to another view
In this mode the move tool will move the selected document nodes until the mouse leaves the window, then it will perform drag and drop
