Remarks

A browser match occurs when the browser version is between the interval [FromMajorVersion.FromMinorVersion, ToMajorVersion.ToMinorVersion] in the case when MatchIfBiggerVersion if false or [FromMajorVersion.FromMinorVersion, infinity) otherwise.
