Parameters

e

drag event arguments

1. Determine the new event handler. This is either the document node hit by the scene point or the document itself if there is no hit node (the scene point must be inside the document bounds and the view viewport).

2. If the new handler is different from the current handle and the current handle is valid it will call the OnDragLeave method of the current handler.

3. If the new handler is different from the current handle and the new handle is valid it will call the OnDragEnter method of the new handler.

4. Update the current handler to be the new handler
