IsRangeEditorBrowsable Method

Searches among all the ranges to find out if a range with such id exists and if true is it marked as editor browsable.

Parameters

rangeID: The RangeID to search for.

Return Value

True if a match is found and that match is marked as editor browsable, false otherwise.
