    Parameters

    description
    human readable operation description
    hint
    hint which the attribute must receive when the operation is undone or redone from history
    Remarks
    Safely calls the RecordAttributeStateChange method of the history service (if attached to history service). When this operation is undone or redone from history, the history will call the OnStateChangingFromHistory and OnStateChangedFromHistory methods of the attribute
