    Adds a circle segment to the path.

    AddCircleSegment(NCircleD,Double,Double)Adds a circle segment to the path.  
    AddCircleSegment(NPointD,NPointD,NPointD)Adds a circle segment that starts and ends at the specified points. The segment passes through the specified control point.  
    AddCircleSegment(NPointD,NPointD,Double)Adds a circle segment that starts and ends at the specified points. The bow parameter is the distance from the arc's midpoint to the midpoint of its chord.
